this school is horrible my kid went to this school for 2 years and came back with severe traumatic issues that they now have to see a counselor for, I advise other parents to never even consider sending their kids to this horrible school.

Worst school ever, middle schoolers always high on some drugs, skull break some other fights, recently many kids from this school get drug tested. Recently some girls fights with each other and heard it was so dangerous fight. My kids always scary due to who will target them they don't know. I heard good schools are here. But it's wrong. My kid progress is day by day down and bad, other kids passing racial comments, principal and other staff members don't care, social councilor and principle should fired or replaced. Chrome books should now taken away due to they are now in physical school. Hope Chapman school next year open and all new staffs there and they teach kids good behavior, respect and importance of study. Otherwise I have to move my kid in different school for sure. Bad very bad school and it's environment. Major kids are bully and distract other kids who seriously want to study. If you don't want loss your child and his / her study don't send your kids to this school.

Very bad. I hated myself for the whole year for sending my child in this school and that is why this is an below average school and it will go more down unless a strong action is taken for the kids who should not be attending that school. Even after paying taxes to the town you have to send your kids to a private school and that is a shame.

I have been thoroughly impressed with Abigail Adams and the staff. Academically, it has been challenging for my daughter. The teachers are very helpful though - they stay after and offer tutoring to the students and are trying to teach them good study and test taking habits. They have always been very responsive to my emails or calls. Also, I was happy to learn of all of extra curricular activities offered in the 5th grade: band, sports, clubs, etc. - and Camp Burgess for the 5th graders is amazing! Overall, I'm please with the school and all it has to offer.

GreatSchools Ratings are based on student performance on state tests, progress over time, and college readiness, in addition to how effectively schools serve students from different racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average). Ratings and reviews help parents compare schools. We encourage parents to also visit schools, ask questions, learn about programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process. Data provided by © 2025. All rights reserved.
