Big gaming

Both of my children attended Mable Barron & completed 8th grade. The students, including my children, were well prepared for high school & college. The school provided wonderful family support & activities. The principal supported the teachers, parents, & students equally. The school was safe from outsiders & amongst the students. It was a rich learning environment for my children. I also had the opportunity to be a substitute teacher there, both long term & short term. I was able to see the classroom curriculum from the inside & was impressed. The special education program was also very involved with mainstream their students into the general population, as I observed first hand. All teachers & staff were supportive of the students, from the cafeteria to the librarian. Mable Barron was a great experience for my children.

A lot of racism and stereotyping. Unfair consequences for brown and black children. This school has gone down hill in recent years. Having children in this school since 2006. It’s sad really.

This school is very good and we have fun and say VOTE TOREN and we vote Toren Eric troy ray me Adam Juju basil Oscar Uly Armando school kinda bad tho ngl. shawty a lil baddie she aint my lil boo thang well shawty got da fatty. aye aye aye aye aye aye. its mid bruh the ratings fr tho

My son has thrived here after being home for the duration of the pandemic-related closures. He is advanced for his grade and finds his teacher and the curriculum to be challenging, fun, and interesting.
