Phenomenal. This school encourages parent involvement, had great communication with parents, and the staff genuinely care for the children and their well being. There are many programs in place to help underprivileged children. Such as the food mobile, a pantry option, and free supplies all provided for free during the COVID-19 dilemma. Though they offer similar things throughout the normal school year as well.

The school is very diverse and helps to prepare students for the real world. The teachers are very caring and effective.

Oakdale is a great school that consistently meets its goals for academic progress. The teachers go above and beyond for the students. The student body is very diverse and that is the main reason we have chosen to stay in this area. Oakdale has challenges that more affluent schools do not have but our 4 kids have always felt safe and have always scored above the average of even the less diverse schools.
