"Leadership at this school does not share critical components of students' curriculum with parents. Many teachers are unfit and underqualified with the subjects they are tasked to teach. Deferrals to someone else in their hierarchy and in the context of ""it isn't my job..."" are the norm here. Head Principal has been caught lying to parents about curriculum, behavior issues and overall modalities used during instruction.Violent and disruptive students are moved to another classroom because leadership is afraid to act or discipline as needed, putting potentially hundreds of other students at risk.Parental rights are frequently ignored and administration continually lies by omission in regards to testing procedures and data collection of students.Teacher diversity is effectively non-existent and portrays an air of nepotism and good ol' boy tactics.Highly overated school, due mostly to ineptitude and dishonest leadership at the very top.Special education program is severely lacking the most basic accomodations. Requests for accomodation for kids in special ed programs are either ignored or deferred to another person that cannot fix the problem.Superficial community programs meant to garner community and parental involvment are used as a ruse to promote fundraising efforts by the admin.Leaking classrooms when it rains heavily. Teachers need to place a bucket to collect the water.New leadership is needed before this school measures up to the most basic expectations of learning and safety."

Because we're migrants, my K5 son was treated differently.The school management wouldn't hesitate to give my son 5 days bus suspension because he stood up in the bus and we've no other transportation to and from school, this was addressed several time to the school management and to dive other discipline than bus suspension as bus suspension will mean school suspension.... they never really cared..While in other day, another kid cursed my son, spited at him and told him the F word twice, my son complained to the bus driver and i wrote an email to the vice principles but NOTHING HAPPENED.They Just want certain category of people in this school.

They show alot of favorism. My daughter's third grade teacher was the absolute worse.straight out of college and all abt that textbook way.no remorse for her at all.and very unprofessional. Showed lack of helping at all!!she was even late to one of our meetings to where the administrators had to go get her.absolute worse.

My daughter goes to Sara Collins. I once had high hopes for Sara Collins but not anymore. I am disappointed in the quality and care that is presented at this school. It is a very biased school. If I was able to take my daughter out immediately I would but alas I cannot. Therefore after the school year is finished we will no longer be attending here.
