Overrun with bullying and clicks that made life horrible for my child as well as multiple students I have heard from. Some teachers seemed to care while others didn't want to be bothered with it. One even blamed my child telling him he should know his place. There are multiple principles here, but the main principle truly seemed bothered having to deal with parents and students. She almost seemed like a kid in this school, if your kids are not part in crowd of popular students, she didn't want to deal with you because you just made her life difficult. Thankfully Rustin seems to be a much better school, so at least your kids can look forward to that while they survive the 3 years.

"okay, i'm only doing this for one reason. this school was pretty good. i was not bullied at all, the teachers were good (with one exception that i will mention later), and i made friends. but this one teacher. i am not going to list the name, but anyone who has had him will know who i am talking about. the art teacher. not mrs. phillips, i liked having her. the other one. he made my life miserable for a few marking periods. first, i had him in sixth grade. i go by a nickname and he refused to use it. then, i was spared having him in seventh grade. eighth grade, i took art in 3d, so i had him. his policy on missing work was ""you need to do the work, but don't come to me to get it, because i won't give it to you."" how am i supposed to find out, then? also, he didn't ""do"" emails. another thing that he really needs to stop doing is demolishing the pots that were about to fall over. when someone's didn't turn out right, instead of calmly getting them a new base to restart, he would rip the pot off of its base and slam it on the table. also, in cooking class we are allowed to bring a teacher food, so me and my group mates decided to give him our fried rice to try. i brought it to him, and when i left he threw it out, ceramic plate belonging to the cooking teacher and all. didn't say ""no thank you"", or even just give it back to me. nope. that plate is gone. so, this school is great, but i couldn't part with the place without voicing my opinion on this one teacher. i hope someone reads this."

Let me put 0 stars, please. O used to go here and if you go to this school, you are about to have the worst time. I just, too much relief able to get out of that terrible place. Most if not all classes have teachers that teach you probably going to be the most useless things (Like why I need to know about the mitochondria??) and then they will not put in any effort to help you if you do not understand the topic. The kids at the school will not have a conversation with you without using every word in the profanity dictionary at least twice, including slurs to and race/ethnicity, and lastly for the kids you better not do anything stupid, or you will probably be made fun of for the rest of the year. The principles will probably get you in trouble for the most random and underserved things. One from my experience was me getting sent to the principle because I got attacked by this kid who TRIED TO FREAKING STRANGLE ME. anyways, I'm done typing just because I have that moment back into my head.I HIGHLY recommend not going here.

Tbh this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am a student who just graduated. I was a student who was in all honors classes and the work was extremely stressful but sometimes easy. If your kid is going to go to this school please do not put them in Spanish class, the teacher will just make your life more miserable and stressful. Also, at lunch they give us like 25min to eat and go outside, but we’re only outside for like 1min. But during lunch I would get picked on ever day but the assistant principal/principal did nothing to help me and said “maybe find better friends”. Also this school only focuses on students being gay. I swear we get no education but instead full class periods on why wanted to get interment with the same gender. One teacher even toke down the American flag and put a pride flag up instead. Please don’t put your children in this school it sucks.
