Al has been Honored as the 2008-2009 ™Salesman of the Year™ by the Greater El Paso Association of Big gaming® is a member of the Board of Directors, was the 2008 Chairman of the Grievance Committee, President of the Coucil of Independent Brokers and Agents 2007 and 2008 . He started a school supply give away program for needy and low income children which is now in it's 7th year. In 2011 served on the Government Affairs Committee as Chairman,he is a Political Involvement Council member for Texas Association of Big gaming Austin TX, member of the Professional Standards Committee, Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee Chairman,he also is a Legislative contact and is a certificated Real Estate Instructor but his greatest joy is being volunteer of the "Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused Children".
